Lina Pavlovska.

I'm Lina — the pastry chef behind Sweet Whims. One-person studio, New York metro.

Everything is made to order. No freezer cases. No shortcuts. Small batches, because that's the only way the detail stays right.

Browned butter. Bourbon vanilla. Wild Maine blueberries in July, Concord grapes in September, gold leaf whenever a cake calls for it. Nothing leaves the studio before it's ready. Every shade is mixed by eye. Every cake is built for one table — one person, one day, yours.
